What do you do?
I am mainly in charge of the store sales of our own brand products and our online store customer service.
At our company-owned store, I make sure to plan ahead our as introduction methods unique to factory branding, display, and product line-ups, so that customers can have an enjoyable shopping experience along with a good understanding of the merits of our products.
As for the online store customer service, I focus on understanding what our customers are having trouble with, and what information they are looking for, so that they can have a personal shopping experience.
What do you like about your job?
The best part of my day is when I get to see customers actually buy the products I’ve been working on since its planning stage.
One of the most appealing aspects of being a factory branding business, is the fact that I can directly hear positive reviews, see many customers make multiple purchases in a short period of time, and that I can see firsthand customers purchasing our products that we had put our hearts and souls into.
In addition, the company allows me to take on many challenges when I present positive proposals, allowing me to have a wide range of experiences.
Any memorable episodes?
Occasionally, once every few years, we hold a special event for our regular customers. On such occasions, we work together making preparations, and on the day of the event, we try to come up with a variety of ideas to make the event more enjoyable for our customers, transcending the boundaries of our usual work, so that they get to like us even more.
During our daily work, we don’t get many opportunities to experience a sense of accomplishment with people from other departments, but at special events like this, we really get to show off our good teamwork.
