Maruwa Textile Industries has its own factories in Aomori and Fukushima, while also has production lines at the headquarters, enabling us to swiftly provide samples to our customers.
Our integrated production system, from cutting to finishing, allows us to deliver stable quality to our customers. Currently, around 2% of knitwear products are made in Japan, and domestic sewing factories are known to be "endangered species." We pursue comfort and make sincere efforts to produce high quality and high value-added products made in Japan within such environment.
Aomori Factory
Our Aomori Factory is furnished with a variety of equipments ranging from the latest cutting machines using the CAD system, to flat seamers and vintage sewing machines. We focus on training "multi-talented workers" while promoting a support system that keeps the line running by employing standing sewing machines. In addition, we are able to support high-mix, small-lot production, by altering the positions of the sewing machines according to each item.
Shirakawa Factory
This factory specializes in shirt collars, and our own brand shirts are sewn at the Fukushima Factory. Cut-and-sewn dress shirts require delicate sewing, as they use materials with different shrinkage rates. With our sole desire to ‘create the ultimate comfortable clothes,’ we finish our products to perfection, stitch by stitch.
